Job Description:
ASSYST is seeking an experienced Salesforce Enterprise Architect
to lead the technical implementation of a Grants Management System
(GMS) using Salesforce, for our client located in Austin,
Texas.
This role involves overseeing the system's technical roadmap,
ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices, and managing a
low-code approach whenever appropriate. The Enterprise Architect
will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate
third-party solutions and deliver a robust, scalable, and efficient
solution.
Position will be fully remote. Program will allow candidates who
are within the State of Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into system, application, or
process designs with financial modeling for complex technical
solutions.
- Analyze customer service needs and design comprehensive service
solutions that meet strategic objectives.
- Lead the construction of specific solutions, including scope,
risk profiles, and financials, incorporating detailed industry
knowledge and best practices.
- Develop solutions encompassing process, technology, and
staffing plans for high-impact sales opportunities.
- Create risk assessments and remediation plans aligned with
complex service proposals.
- Participate in the creation of detailed financial models that
align with service solutions.
- Draft Statements of Work and other deliverables with accuracy,
defining processes, technology, staffing, and project management
requirements.
- Act as a "trusted expert advisor" and Subject Matter Expert
(SME) for both internal and external customers, offering insights
and guidance as needed.
- Follow all organizational Standard Operating Procedures for
cost modeling, approvals, reviews, and associated workflows and
deliverables.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience: 8+ years required in:
- Enterprise and Software Engineering: Proficient in frameworks
like SEI or TOGAF with experience in creating architecture views,
documenting non-functional requirements, implementation oversight,
and design reviews.
- Salesforce Solutions: 8 years as an Enterprise or Software
Architect for Salesforce-based systems, delivering low-code
solutions, minimizing custom code, and adhering to functional and
nonfunctional requirements.
- Integration and Data Management: Proficient in integrating
data, applications, services, and technologies, including
non-Salesforce applications, with MuleSoft and REST APIs.
Experience with data migration and dataset initiation.
- Incident and Problem Resolution: Proven experience in
overseeing and solving complex software and hardware issues, with
the ability to recommend innovative technology solutions.
- Salesforce Environments: Extensive experience in managing
Salesforce Orgs and environments, including the implementation and
improvement of security practices.
- Salesforce Technologies: Hands-on experience with Visualforce,
LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML5, and JavaScript within Salesforce, including
data migration and dataset initiation.
Preferred Experience:
- Salesforce implementation, Apex programming, Visualforce pages,
Aura components, and Lightning Web Components (8 years).
- Knowledge in no-code configurations like Flows, Process
Builders, and Workflow Rules.
- Experience with Agile Software Development Methodologies (2
years).
- Familiarity with Cloud Architecture (Azure, AWS, etc.) (2
years).
