• Algorithm implementation and verification in real and non-real configurations.
• Analysis of high frequency sonar data.
• Research and development of signal and detection processing algorithms.
• Documentation and presentation of work performed.
• Other related functions as assigned.Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or computer engineering or computer science.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capability.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to use signal and statistical processing software.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware and software.US Citizen: Subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information at the level appropriate to the project requirements of the position.Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or computer engineering/science with one or more years of related experience.
    • Experience with developing, implementing and testing signal processing algorithms.
    • Experience with statistical data analysis.
    • Strong MATLAB programming skills and knowledge of general acoustics.
    • Experience working in Linux and/or UNIX environments. Some experience in C and/or C++ programming.
