  Patient Population: Float Pool floats to Med/Surg, Tele, ICU, and PCU
  Patient Ratios:---Vary by unit
  
  
  License/Certification
  1+ years of US experience as an RN
  2+ years of Med Surg or Med Telemetry experience in an acute care with inpatient in a hospital setting
  Float Pool experience highly desired.
  Med Tele candidates with insulin, stable drips, NIH assessment highly desired.
  RN - Registered Nurse.
  BLS - Basic Life Support.
