In this critical leadership role, the Nurse Director Emergency Department will oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement initiatives to provide exceptional, patient-centered care in a dynamic environment. A Bachelor s degree in Nursing or a related field will make you stand out, with a Master s degree preferred. Ideal candidates will have 3 6 years of clinical emergency department experience and at least 1 2 years of progressive leadership experience in emergency or acute care. Current RN licensure, BCLS, and ACLS certifications are ideal; CEN, TNCC, and ENPC certifications are preferred.
