One of Texas's top hospitals is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Director Emergency Department to join their team near Dallas, TX.
In this critical leadership role, the Nurse Director Emergency Department will oversee clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement initiatives to provide exceptional, patient-centered care in a dynamic environment. This position requires a strong leader with advanced clinical expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field will make you stand out, with a Master's degree preferred. Ideal candidates will have 3–6 years of clinical emergency department experience and at least 1–2 years of progressive leadership experience in emergency or acute care. Current RN licensure, BCLS, and ACLS certifications are ideal; CEN, TNCC, and ENPC certifications are preferred.
