Job Description:

Provider needed with Family Practice experience for adult primary care office. 16-20 patients per day. Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Greenway EMR. Experience with chronic required. • 2 years experience in Primary Care as APP
• No suturing
• Adult Primary Care Clinic
• 15/30 v 20/40 min appts, 16-20 patients per day
• M - F 8 am to 5 pm
• Greenway EMR
