One of Texas's top hospitals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Director Quality and Risk to lead all of their quality management activities.
In this role, the RN Director Quality and Risk will oversee patient care and relations, regulatory compliance, risk management, performance improvement, safety, and infection control. You will collaborate with top management to develop and implement strategic plans that enhance quality and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including JCAHO. The RN Director Quality and Risk leadership position encourages creativity, strategic vision, and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field, have 7–10 years of relevant experience, and be a licensed Registered Nurse.
