Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage
• Provide professional guidance and supervision to non-professional unit staff
• Identify educational needs of the staff and develop training programs
• Oversee medication management in accordance with company policy
• Provide direct patient care to maintain skills Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing
  • Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses
  • Must have at least one year of nurse management experience
