Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate, Revenue Cycle Case &
Escalation Management.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to manage and
improve client issue resolution
Support operational teams by adhering to standardized issue
reporting processes
Identify opportunities for reducing case inflow and enhancing
client sentiment through training and workflow improvements
Required Qualifications
Experience in medical billing or US healthcare, or ability to
quickly learn foundational concepts
Strong desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic, collaborative
environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Comfortable with Excel and other business tools
Proven ability to analyze large data sets to identify root causes
and trends
