Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coach - Virtual to supervise and
develop a team of agents in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the team to meet or exceed client and corporate goals
Monitor, coach, and develop agents for skills expansion and
promotional opportunities
Implement agent recognition programs and share best practices
across teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
12 to 18 months of call center experience, preferably as a product
specialist
Demonstrated interpersonal, coaching, and supervisory skills
Ability to set priorities and multi-task effectively
Good computer skills (hardware, operating systems, Internet)
Four-year college degree or directly related work experience
