applications that are often high-volume and low latencyUnderstand
application user stories and use cases and develop applications
with qualityImplement Reliable, Observable, Secure, Scalable,
Efficient, Reusable, Maintainable and Testable code adhering to the
coding standardsLead team code reviews, manage code effectively,
and improve code management procedures.Demonstrate expertise in
diagnosing complex issues, contribute to platform stability, and
establish good engineering practices.Mentor team members, identify
pros and cons of proposed solutions, and maintain a broad
understanding of business impact and industry trends.Take full
ownership from design to production deploymentContribute to all
phases of the product lifecycleTo innovate and build POCs with the
emerging technologies to aid in effective and efficient deliveryTo
learn, adapt and collaborate with architects, product owners, and

solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer
science or STEM majors2+ years of hands-on experience with
object-oriented and software engineering using Java or
JavaScriptSolid understanding of object-oriented programming and
familiarity with various design patternsGood understanding of
fundamental design principles behind scalable applications, RESTful
systems etcDeep insight of Java internals such as memory
management, transaction management, Threading and Concurrency,
Event Management etc.Should have full stack experience with
proficiency in Java and Angular/react with a good knowledge of
their ecosystemsDemonstrate proficiency in Spring and Struts
frameworks, along with the ability to develop multithreaded
applications.Should be proficient in Debugging and Log
AnalysisExperience with both RDBMS and NO-SQL Databases and
scalable Data storage PatternsImplementing automated testing suites
for UI, API and Unit testsGood understanding of secure application
development and deploymentExposure to Agile/Scrum
environmentProficient understanding of code versioning and tools
such as GitFamiliarity with CICD and allied tools such as Jenkins
etcExperience with cloud environment, preferably Amazon Web
ServicesShowcase creative problem-solving abilities and excellent
